CNC lathe machining error generation

2021-09-22 09:44:39

CNC machining accuracy refers to the actual geometric parameters (size, shape and mutual position) and ideal geometric parameters (size accuracy, shape accuracy and mutual position accuracy) respectively accord with the degree) of machining parts. The higher the level of compliance, the higher the accuracy. Instead, the difference between the two is a processing error. There is some error between the actual contour and the theoretical contour after machining.

The so-called "ideal geometric parameters" of Jiangsu Dongfei Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a relative concept. For dimensions, the matching performance is considered by the gap or interference caused by the average size of the two accessories, so it is usually replaced by the intermediate value of a given geometric parameter. If the shaft diameter is marked with φ 1000mm, the size is 99,975mm.

For the ideal shape and position, it must be standard shape and position. It can be seen that "machining error" and "machining accuracy" are only two aspects of evaluating the accuracy of geometric parameters of parts. In actual production, the accuracy of jiangsu Dongfei Precision Manufacturing Co., LTD. In production, it is not possible or necessary to make fragments accurate in any type of processing method. It is only necessary to keep the machining error within the permissible range (tolerance) of the performance requirements, which is often referred to as "economic machining accuracy".

CNC CNC machining is a feature of high machining accuracy, CNC must be strictly controlled CNC machining error, in order to meet the processing requirements. In order to achieve this goal, we must first understand the factors and effects of CNC machining that may lead to machining errors.

A machining process system (called a process system) consisting of CNC machine tool accessories, tools and workpieces has a number of errors that can vary in various ways (or by extension) under various specific operating conditions. Or reduced) reflects the machining error of the workpiece.

The original process systematic errors mainly include geometric errors, positioning errors, machining errors caused by mechanical deformation of the machining system, machining errors caused by thermal deformation of the machining system, deformation caused by the redistribution of workpiece tension, and the main errors and adjustments. In CAD/CAM software CNC programming, we usually only consider two main errors: one is the tool path calculation error. The second is the residual height.

The tool error control calculation operation is very simple, just need to enter the tolerance zone in the software. The control of residual height depends on several factors, such as the type of tool, the shape of the tool path, and the spacing of the tool path. Therefore, control is largely dependent on the programmer's experience and has some complexity.

Because the tool path is a set of line segments made up of straight lines and arcs, it replaces the ideal path of the tool's motion (called interpolation), so there are certain errors. It is called interpolation error.

Interpolation calculation error is the main component of tool path calculation error, which makes the machining in place or over cut, and makes it become the main control parameter CAM software error. In general, the interpolation calculation error is controlled by setting tolerances in the CAM software, that is, the actual tool rail does not deviate from the ideal tool rail beyond the tolerance band.
