Composition and working steps of CNC machine tools

I. Composition of CNC machine tools of Jiangsu Dongfei Precision Manufacturing Co., LTD. Numerical control machine tool processing by the program, input and output device, NUMERICAL control unit, servo system, position feedback system and machine tool body composition, the following brief introduction.


1. Numerical control unit. Numerical control unit is the core of numerical control machine tool, which is composed of information input, processing and output.


The NUMERICAL control unit receives the digital information, and after decoding, interpolation and logic processing by the control software and logic circuit of the NUMERICAL control device, it outputs various instruction information to the servo system, which drives the actuator to make the feed movement. Others include transmission, reversing and start-stop signals of the main moving parts; Select and exchange tool instruction signals, start and stop of cooling and lubrication, loosen and clamp of workpiece and mechanical parts, indexing table and other auxiliary instruction signals, etc.


2. Servo system. It consists of a driver and a drive motor, and the executive parts and mechanical transmission parts on the machine tool together constitute the feed system of CNC machine tools. Its function is to convert the pulse signal of the CNC device into the movement of the moving parts of the machine tool. In the case of a stepper motor, each pulse causes the motor to turn an Angle and then drives the moving parts of the machine tool to move a short distance. Each executing part of the feed movement has a corresponding servo drive system, and the performance of the whole machine tool mainly depends on the servo system.


3. Position feedback system. Servo motor angular displacement feedback and CNC machine tool actuator (table) displacement feedback. Including grating, rotary encoder, laser rangefinder, magnetic grating and so on. The feedback device converts the detection results into electrical signals and feeds back to the NUMERICAL control device. By comparison, the deviation between the actual position and the command position is calculated, and the deviation instruction is sent to control the feed movement of the actuator.


4. Mechanical parts of machine tools. For CNC machine tools of machining centers, there are knife libraries for storing tools, exchange tools and other parts of manipulator. The mechanical components of CNC machine tools are similar to those of ordinary machine tools, but the transmission structure is simpler, the accuracy, stiffness and seismic requirements are higher, and the transmission and transmission systems are easier to realize automatic expansion.


Two, CNC machine tools work steps. In nc lathe processing should go through the following steps:


1. Preparation. According to the drawings of machined parts, determine the relevant machining data (tool path coordinate points, machining cutting parameters, tool size information, etc.). And select other auxiliary information according to the process plan, the selected fixture and the tool type.


2. Programming phase. According to the process information, write numerical control process program (process description) in the language that can be identified by the machine tool numerical control system, and fill in the program sheet.


3. Prepare information carriers. Based on the compiled program list, the program is stored on information carriers (punched tape, tape, disk, etc.). All machining information is transmitted to the CNC system through the information carrier. If the CNC machine is connected to the computer, the information can be directly loaded into the CNC system.


4. Processing stage. The numerical control system of the machine tool decodes and calculates the processing program statements when executing the program, converts them into action instructions, and drives the moving parts. Under the unified coordination of the system, the moving parts are driven to move in time and the workpiece is processed automatically.
