1. 3. Check the wiring of all buttons, switches and indicators on the operation panel. If any error is found, it should be dealt with immediately. Power sequence check Check the input power sequence with the sequence table to ensure that the input power sequence must be consistent with the power sequence calibrated everywhere on the machine tool.

Four, solenoid valve inspection: all solenoid valves are applied by hand several times, in order to avoid long-term power caused by poor work. If any abnormality is found, it should be recorded so that repair or replacement can be admitted after power is energized.

Five, CNC machine limit switch inspection: check the flexibility and fixation of all limit switch action is firm, found that bad action or bad fixation should be handled immediately. Buttons and switches Check the buttons and switches on the operation panel.

6. Equipment with secondary wiring, such as power transformers, shall recognize the commonality of phase sequence of secondary wiring. The correct sequence of CNC lathes must be ensured. But also at this moment to measure the power supply voltage, good record.
