Create CNC process function and CNC process plan:


(1)CNC process considers the process of processing parts, clamping and positioning of processing parts, tool selection, process routes that can be simplified in the conventional process, cutting methods and process parameters, etc.

Due to the high degree of automation of CNC processing, poor adaptability, when there is a problem, the staff is difficult to correct on the spot, light manufacturing processing defects, safety accidents occur on the way, so we must systematically design CNC technology in advance.


(5) THE inheritance of CNC technology is good. Proved to be a good CNC process in production, can make templates, save as a file, later processing similar parts to call, save time, to ensure quality.


For CNC processing process planning, it will be regarded as the state space of a series of programs from the initial state of parts (male and female die material) to the final state (parts). CNC sequence sequencing must comply with the following general rules:


1. Primary parameters and secondary parameters.


2. First face and then hole, first milling and then drilling.


3. Rough before rough.


4. Advanced cavity processing, and then shape processing.


5. The tool diameter varies from large to small according to the process sequence.


6. The processing of the previous procedure will not affect the clamping and positioning of the next procedure.


7. Put the same tooling and fixtures together to reduce repeated cutting and placement.


8. CNC process must be centralized.


9. Do not start with program instructions that weaken part stiffness.


Good CNC machining process planning needs to consider the following aspects:


Can meet the technical requirements of parts, can improve the efficiency of CNC processing, low processing cost, good quality control.


Therefore, the overall CNC processing process plan is usually as follows:


1. Selection of CNC machine tool processing.


2. Select a solution.


3. Determine how to clamp the parts, and then select clamping.


4. Positioning method.


5. Inspection requirements and methods.


6. Select tools.


7. Error control and tolerance control in machining.


8. Define CNC processes.


9. CNC sequences.


10. Select cutting parameters.


11. Prepare nc machining program sheet.
