CNC machine tool processing is a high degree of automation, complex structure of advanced processing equipment, in order to give full play to the advantages of machine tools, improve production efficiency, manage, use, repair CNC machine tools, the quality of technical personnel and civilized production is particularly important. Operators in addition to familiar with the performance of CNC machine tools, skilled operation, but also must develop civilized production of good work habits and rigorous work style, with good professional quality, responsibility and spirit of cooperation. Strictly comply with the safety operation rules of CNC machine tools. Do not operate the machine without professional training.

Operating procedures


In order to use the NUMERICAL control machine tool correctly and reasonably, reduce its failure rate, operation method. The machine tool can be operated only with the approval of the machine tool management personnel.


(1) Precautions before starting


1) The operator must be familiar with the performance and operation method of the CNC machine. The machine tool can be operated only with the approval of the machine tool management personnel.


2) Before the machine is powered on, check whether the voltage, air pressure and oil pressure meet the working requirements.


3) Check whether the moving part of the machine tool is in normal working state.


4) Check whether the workbench is offside or over limit state.


5) Check whether the electrical components are firm and whether any wiring is off.


6) Check whether the grounding wire of the machine is reliably connected with the grounding wire of the workshop (it is especially important to start the machine for the first time).


7) Turn on the main power switch after completing the preparation work before starting.


⑵ Precautions during the boot process


1) Strictly follow the startup sequence in the machine tool instruction.


2) Under normal circumstances, the machine tool reference point operation must be carried out during the startup process to establish the machine tool as a standard system.


3) After starting the machine, let the machine idle for more than 15min to achieve a balanced state of the machine.


4) After the shutdown, it must wait for more than 5min to start up again, and it is not allowed to start up or shut down the operation frequently without special circumstances.


⑶ Matters needing attention during debugging


1) Edit, modify and debug the program. If the first test cut must be empty run, to ensure that the program is correct.


2) Install and debug the fixture according to the process requirements, and remove iron filings and sundries on each positioning surface.


3) Clamp the workpiece according to the positioning requirements to ensure correct and reliable positioning. The workpiece shall not be loosened during processing.


4) the installation of the tool to be used, if the processing center, must make the tool on the knife number and the knife number in the program strictly consistent.


5) Adjust the tool according to the programming origin of the workpiece and establish the workpiece coordinate system. If you use more than one tool, the rest of the tool length compensation or tip position compensation respectively.
