The traditional scheme is the trial cutting method, the trial cutting method through the trial cutting - measurement standard - adjust the tool feed - cutting - cutting again, so repeat until reaching the required standard. This method can ensure that the fault is within the reasonable control planning, but it is more complicated, the production power is not high, and it is mainly used for small batch production of a single piece. While mass production of mobile phone shell, while maintaining high precision CNC machining, it is necessary to adjust the relative position of machine tools, fixtures, workpiece and tool to obtain the required standards to ensure the purpose of batch processing accuracy. So what process should be adjusted in advance to ensure the processing accuracy?

First, improve the rotary accuracy of bearings of CNC machine tools. When improving the accuracy of rotation, high-precision rolling bearings, multi-oil chock dynamic pressure bearings and hydrostatic bearings can be selected. At the same time, improve the accuracy of bearing accessories, such as improving the processing accuracy of box support hole and spindle journal, so that the spindle rotation accuracy does not reflect on the workpiece.

Two, control the thermal deformation of the process. CNC machining center is high-speed cutting processing equipment, a lot of heat will occur in the process of processing, should reduce the heat source of heat and heat isolation, add heat treatment process to eliminate internal stress; The size of the processing error reflects the concave and convex processing accuracy, the greater the error processing accuracy is lower, the smaller the error processing accuracy is higher.

The transmission system should maintain the principle of fewer transmission pieces, short transmission chain and high transmission accuracy. The speed reduction transmission is an important method to ensure the transmission accuracy, and the closer to the end of the transmission pair, the transmission ratio should be smaller; The precision of end parts should be higher than other transmission parts.

Four, reduce the CNC machine tool wear. Before the sharp wear of the tool, the tool should be worn from scratch, and the most special cutting oil should be selected for full lubrication, and the tool material should meet the process requirements.
